Last year we had hail damage to the roof and siding on our house along with most of Oak Creek. We had that work done early this year. Our garage had wood siding and only the roof was included in that insurance work. We decided to have the garage sided to match with new gutters etc. Very happy with the results from Tri-County Contracting and would recommend them to anyone needing exterior work done!!

I had a very pleasant experience working with Tri-County. I had bid out my roof replacement project to several contractors and Tri-County had the best price and package. My 1950’s house has no soffit for venting and Mike had a great recommendation to use Certainteed’s Edge Vent. The roof looks fantastic and their crew was very courteous and cleaned up the yard perfectly. It’s nice to not have to worry about roof leaks anymore and know that my attic is properly ventilated. We’re very happy with our new roof from Tri-County Contracting—excellent materials and quality workmanship throughout.
